Early in my life I was trying to understand the concept of “The Mind”. Descartes set the tone for me. As a young student of Philosophy, the “Discourse on the Method” (Circa 1637) was a mandated reading. Descartes writes “…we cannot doubt of our existence while we doubt”. He was convinced, that the very act of doubting one’s own existence, had a purpose: to proof the existence of the mind. There must be a “thinking entity”-or self- for there to be a thought. In reflecting on the message by our friends on “Daily Oracle-Creation- today I realize that wisdom has been around us for a very long time. Enjoy your mind. Create good thoughts. ❤
